Keep allergies, medications, emergency contacts and pickup details up to date yourself. Each detail has a switch for whether your child's teachers can see it.

See your children's schedule, announcements and messages from teachers. When your program uses Classroom, you'll also see assignments, grades and report cards.

Questions families ask

Do I need to download an app?
No. LearningSense works in your phone or computer's web browser. Sign in with the link your program sends you.
Do I pay a fee to LearningSense?
No. You pay exactly what your program charges. Any processing fees are paid by the program, never added to your bill.
How do I pay?
By bank account or card, through a secure Stripe checkout, or by check or cash if your program takes them. Some programs offer autopay for monthly tuition.
Who can see my child's allergy and health information?
Your program's directors can see your child's full profile. Teachers see the health and pickup details you leave shared, and you can turn any of them off at any time.
Can my spouse or my child's other parent have a login too?
If your program turns it on, yes. You can invite a second parent or guardian. They can see your children, schedule, class and program messages, class work, grades and invoices, but they can't pay or change anything.
