Grow and up

Set up classes for Infants, Ones, Twos, Threes and Pre-K, and offer 2, 3 or 5 day options with a limit on children per day. Families pick their days and first day when they enroll.

Choose Offline, Online or Both. Families who pay online use bank or card, and you mark checks and cash paid in the same list. On Grow, monthly invoices go out on their own and families can turn on autopay.

Keep background checks, CPR and training records for every caregiver, with an alert on your Today page before anything expires. Safety tools are on every plan.

Reach every parent at once

Post closures and reminders to every family with an email copy, and keep everything else out of the group text. Your program also gets a free website with a Request to join form.

Questions Parents Day Out directors ask

Do parents need to download an app?
No. Parents use LearningSense in their phone's browser.
Do we need to take payments online?
No. Offline mode works without Stripe: families pay by check or cash and you mark it paid. Turn on online payments whenever you're ready.
Does it cost us anything when a family pays by check?
No. There's no platform fee on payments you collect yourself.
Can we use our own words, like Room or Session?
Yes. Choose Parents Day Out wording, or pick your own words for things like Session and Room.
Is our children's information private?
Each program's information is kept separate. Parents choose which health and pickup details teachers see, and Stripe holds bank and card numbers so we never store them.
