Four steps to your first registration

  1. Bring your families in

    Upload a spreadsheet, or the family export from the tool you use today. LearningSense matches your columns to ours side by side, and you check a preview before anything is added. Families already in your program are skipped.

  2. Set up your semester

    Add your classes, fees, class sizes and teachers. Next semester, copy this one forward instead of starting over.

  3. Invite everyone at once

    Send every family their invite in one step. Each parent makes their own login, checks their information and adds their children's details.

  4. Open registration

    Families enroll and pay online, or pay you by check. Your free program website goes live with your classes, fees and a Request to join form.

Questions about switching

What files can I import?
A spreadsheet (CSV or Excel), or the family export from the tool you use today. You can also add families one at a time with a form, or start from our template.
Do families have to re-enter everything?
No. Names, emails, phone numbers and children come over in the import. Each parent signs in, checks what's there, and adds the things only they should enter, like health and pickup details.
Can I switch in the middle of a semester?
Yes, but most programs switch between semesters. You can start free now, set everything up, and open registration when you're ready.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees and no contracts. The Free plan is free for up to 10 families, and every paid plan starts with a 14-day trial.
