What a $150 tuition payment looks like
Here's a $150 monthly tuition payment on the Grow plan. The family always pays $150. The fees come out of your payout.

Paid by check or cash? No platform fee and no processing fee. Money you collect yourself is all yours.
Refunds: When you refund a family, our platform fee is refunded in proportion. Stripe keeps its processing fee.
Stripe's rates are its standard US rates: bank 0.8% (max $5.00), card 2.9% + $0.30. Bank payments usually take 3 to 5 business days to clear.

How the trial works
No payment info is needed for the trial.
- Your 14-day trial of the Grow plan starts the moment you sign up: up to 75 families, with Grow features and fees.
- When it ends, pick a paid plan. If you have 10 or fewer families, you can move to Free instead.
- We never charge you unless you choose a paid plan and enter payment info.

Pricing questions
Can I change plans later?
Yes, anytime from your billing settings. Changes take effect right away, and Stripe adjusts your bill for the rest of the period. Moving to Free also takes effect right away and needs 10 or fewer families.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel anytime from billing settings. Your plan stays active through the period you've paid for.
How does annual billing work?
An annual plan costs 10 times the monthly price, so you get 2 months free.
What counts as a family?
Each family that has joined your program, plus families you've invited who haven't joined yet.
Do families pay any fees?
Never. Families pay exactly what you charge, whether they pay by bank or by card.
How do payouts work?
Online payments go to your program's own Stripe account, and Stripe pays out to your bank account on its standard schedule.
Is there a fee on offline payments?
No. Payments you mark as paid by check, cash, or bank transfer have no platform fee on any plan.
