Is LearningSense only for homeschool co-ops?

No. While we were built by homeschool parents and many of our directors run homeschool co-ops, LearningSense works just as well for Parents Day Out (also called Mother's Day Out) programs, enrichment communities, academies, and University Model Schools. If you enroll families, collect tuition, and communicate with parents, LearningSense fits.

Yes. The Free plan supports up to 10 families with real ACH payment processing included — no trial expiration, no credit card required.

How does the platform fee work?

LearningSense deducts a small platform fee from each payment before it reaches your account. The rate ranges from 0.3% to 1.0% depending on your plan. Families pay exactly what you set.

What payment methods can families use?

Families pay via ACH bank transfer, processed securely through Stripe. ACH keeps processing fees low — 0.8% capped at $5 per transaction.
